Integrative Medicine Services

Integrative Medicine is a patient-centered practice where the patient and practitioner work in a collective care collaboration.  This type of care and closely monitored partnership allows healing at all levels, inside and out. We strive to integrate different methods to provide you your own personalized journey on the path toward healing.

PRP Injections

PRP stands for autologous platelet rich plasma. Autologous means acquired from one’s own body. A-PRP is a biological solution from the patient’s own blood that has concentrated growth factors, high levels of platelet concentration, and proteins that have the ability to accelerate the healing process of certain injuries.

Autologous Fat

Lipogems process washes away inflammatory blood and particles on the spot and progressively washes away micro-fragments of adipose tissue clusters through non-invasive and natural methods. This process uses the LIPOGEMS device: a closed-loop system that allows for enzyme-free agitation to adipose tissue targets.

Amniotic Fluid

Amniotic fluid injections surround the developing fetus during pregnancy. It is harvested consensually at the time of birth from healthy donors. Amniotic fluid contains proteins and cytokines that support cellular migration. Amniotic fluid plays a role in proliferation, differentiation, and adherence to areas of application. Amniotic fluid contains large amounts of Hyaluronic acid (HA), which is associated with lubrication and anti-inflammation. HA is a critical component of articular cartilage as a coating around cells or chondrocytes.

Functional & Nutritional Medicine

Functional medicine is a biology-based approach that is focused on uncovering the root cause of diseases. Symptoms and differential diagnoses are identified and studied to discover and address the sole root to an individual’s illness.

Nutrigenomics is a whole-system approach, rather than a specific approach. This service examines the relationship between what is consumed versus the risk and response to certain diseases. Molecular mediators such as genes and biomarkers such as metabolites may respond according to what the body consumes.
